By law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven working days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This applies to all goods EXCEPT those which have been specifically made or personalised to your own specification. The only cost to you of withdrawing, is the cost of returning the goods. Should you wish to withdraw, then simply return the goods to Ambre-stone with a note stating your name and address, and the fact that you are cancelling your order.
For your own security, Ambre-stone recommends that you use Recorded Delivery post. Goods returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging and, due to the nature of the goods (medical equipment), must show no signs of use. Should you exercise this right, Ambre-stone will refund the payment you have made for the goods within 30 days.
In addition to your legal right set out above, Ambre-stone does offer a cooling off period in respect of bespoke goods, i.e., goods made specifically or personalised to your own specification. This allows you to cancel your order within seven days from the date the order is placed by you.
Cancellation must be in writing: Ambre-stone is unable to accept telephone requests to withdraw in these circumstances.
