What is it?

The Molift Quick Raiser 2 Plus is a more powerful version of the Quick Raiser 2, with a much higher maximum user weight of 200 kg (31.5 st), making it ideal for use with bariatric or heavier users. The Quick Raiser 2 Plus is a very lightweight, stable and easy to manoeuvre stand aid, equipped with electrically operated leg spreaders, and that benefits from an award winning design The Quick Raisers pioneering design features an inclined straight column that imitates the users natural pattern of movement when standing, and assisting the user to stand. The Quick Raiser 2 Plus’s compact size, lightweight design and excellent manoeuvrability make it the ideal stand aid for use in both the private home or the residential care environment.

The Molift Quick Raiser 2 Plus Stand Aids unique wheel position, and the near perfect weight distribution of its base ensures the stand aid is very stable and easy to manoeuvre and position, and its small turning circle makes it ideal for use in even the smallest of spaces. With its extra low base and electrically spreadable legs, the Quick Raiser 2 Plus Stand Aid fits easily around all items such as toilets and chairs, and under most beds and wheelchairs. As standard the Quick Raiser 2 Plus is supplied with a U Shaped lifting arm and comes with height adjustable knee pads providing the user with maximum comfort when using the raiser. Some of the Molift Quick Raiser 2 Plus’s safety features include emergency stop, overload protection and mechanical emergency lowering. The electronics have a power-save function which makes the systems go into a sleep mode after a period of inactivity. All Molift lifts have and integrated low battery indication which provides an audio and visual notification.

Like all Molifts the Quick Raiser 2 Plus Stand Aid is equipped with Molifts unique service notification system that automatically notifies the user when the stand aid requires a service. The integrated service software can also be used to retrieve data from the stand aid about its use and lifting patterns.

Bathing Cradle Review

Hi Andrew

We have had a really exciting day today: our pupil has tried the Shower Cradle in the pool and it is absolutely amazing!! We set it up this morning with the rolls and headrest ect and the pupil has just been in the water independently for the first time with the TA beside and not needing to hold on to support at all.

we have shown it to lots of staff and will now start assessing other pupils to see how many more would benefit from using the cradle. it is so adaptable with the adjustable mesh/tilt feature and the different loops to hoist it into the water and it will make such a difference to our less mobile pupils.
